A heavy grinding mill

RBM is designed for thin grinding, mixing and mechanochemical activation of solid materials and solving other technical problems. Our equipment allows you to grind materials with a hardness of up to 6 units according to MOOS, receiving powder with particles size up to 5 microns or less. Mills are equipped with a built -in stage of aerodynamic classification, which allows you to get a uniform powder of a given dispersion at the output.

Plane RVM Power Complex - 600C

The grinding complex of RVM - 600C is made according to the scheme without air duct. The material is served in a grinding chamber from a raw materials bunker using a screw feeder with adjustable performance. The material enters the grinding camera passing through the step of the magnetic separator. The raw material is crushed in a rotor -type grinding chamber with an adjustable degree of grinding. The crushed material is displayed from the grinding chamber by gravity. The collection of material can be organized in a sealed container with periodic or continuous emptying.

A rotating rotor creates an air pressure. To reset air pressure on the grinding chamber, a hose filter with a vibrovalism system is installed.

The power complex is controlled from the control cabinet.
