Grain thrower grain loader

The grain thrower grain loader is designed for mechanization of loading operations, as well as for moving and re-rolling grain in open areas and in granaries.

Advantages:

· Trimmer tape ribbed multilayer. The thickness of the working plane of the conveyor is increased to 2 mm.

· The drive of system of movement on the coaxial and cylindrical motor reducer, with adjustment of speed by means of the programmable frequency converter.



· Original adjustable trimmer brake.



· The mechanism of movement unified under the chain with a pitch of 38mm, (the possibility of using cast gears.)



· Ceramic-metal bushings in the drive axle couplings eliminate the short-lived and costly overrunning clutch.



· The simplified system of raising of the loading conveyor (a nut screw) the handle under natural grip.
